SACOOR BROTHERS is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at our prestigious stores in DUBAI, UAE.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to domestic market needs.
• Presenting products in-store and in windows in a way to attract customers and encourage sales.
• Executing design strategy of the brand by proposing design solutions and resolving issues related store design project management.
• Ensuring installations are compliant with architecture guidelines and concepts.
• Providing teams with guidance on correct material usage or samples that are locally obtainable and matched to store design guidelines.
• Coach staff on VM execution.
• Providing regular reporting and feedback to management on VM performance and inventory flow.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience as a visual Merchandiser within Luxury Fashion Retail.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
