• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Cloud Computing, DevOps, or AI, with a strong understanding of the industry and its career pathways.
• Previous experience in a mentorship, coaching, or teaching role, with proven ability to guide and motivate individuals in their professional development.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively in a virtual environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others achieve their career goals.
• Familiarity with the job market and hiring practices in the tech industry, including key skills and qualifications sought by employers.
• Ability to commit to a regular schedule of mentorship sessions, accommodating students' needs and time zones as required.
• Career Guidance : Provide expert advice and insights to students on career paths within Cloud Computing, DevOps, and AI, helping them to navigate the job market effectively.
• Personalized Mentorship : Holding group mentoring sessions via Zoom, offering personalized guidance tailored to the students' career goals and aspirations.
• Skill Development : Assist students in identifying key skills and certifications required for success in their chosen fields, and advise on strategies for skill acquisition and enhancement.
• Networking Strategies : Coach students on effective networking techniques and how to leverage professional networks for career advancement.
• Resume and Interview Preparation : Offer guidance on crafting impactful resumes and preparing for technical interviews, including mock interview sessions.
• Industry Insights : Share knowledge of current trends, technologies, and best practices in Cloud Computing, DevOps, and AI, keeping students informed about the latest developments.
• Feedback and Support : Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress and offer support in overcoming any challenges they face in their career journey.
