Pleasesubmit your resume in English. Primary Purpose of this Position : Leveraging expert technical leadership, drive standardization ofour Back End manufacturing process across the global network of canplants, while deploying change control procedures and continuousimprovement methodologies.

What will you be responsible for? 1.Responsible for establishing global standards for back endprocesses (decorator, pin oven, spray machines, IBO, necker andpalletizer) including equipment specifications, SOPs, maintenancestandards, operating parameters, troubleshooting methodologies, anddefect catalogues.

2. Responsible for maintaining global bestpractices around back end equipment operation. 3. Act as technicallead cross-functionally to establish global quality parameters,skills matrices and training plans.

4. Work closely with RegionalProcess leads to support best practice discovery, deployment andtracking. 5. Support global talent development across regionalprocess teams, establishing a roadmap for technical resourcedevelopment globally.

6. Lead collaboration of Regional Processleads on problem solving issues of quality, efficiency, spoilageand maintenance.

7. Work with Global Equipment Wellness teams onstandard overhaul activity, critical measurements, frequency andbudgets for Back End process equipment.

8. Work with Innovation ontransition of relevant technology into Operations, includingdevelopment of new specifications, operating parameters andnecessary standards to deploy globally.

9. Support Global SpareParts with necessary recommended spares lists. 10. Work withprocurement to establish total cost of ownership across competitivesupplier equipment.

• What are we looking for? 1. CompletedBachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferred; 2. Experience in CanManufacturing, Back End Subject Matter Expert;
• 3. Experience inLean Manufacturing; 4. Experience management (people or project);5. Back End Experience : Back End equipment operation, training,problem solving, continuous improvement, overhauling;
• 6.Influencing, Motivating, and Developing technical teams whilepromoting teamwork and collaboration across diverse globalstakeholders;

7. Build and maintain strong relationships withsuppliers and OEM’s; 8. Document development, document managementsystems, and change control.

Knowledge of : 1. Lean Manufacturing,TPM, DMAIC and Kaizen; 2. Microsoft 365 suite; 3. Machinerymaintenance, mechanical systems, and preventive maintenancestrategies, utilizing technical documentation effectively;

4.Project Management : resource allocation, budgeting, and financialanalysis, with experience managing budgets; 5. Ability to translatetechnical verbiage into logically structured, clear, conciselanguage.
