About The Role

Position : Developer Technology (ERP Functional Business - Support - 29202)

Code : JR 29202

Base : Belo Horizonte, Brazil, reporting to Australia

Reporting to the Global ICT Manager, the Developer Technology will work both collaboratively and autonomously to achieve the ERP Support & Project outcomes.

The incumbent will act as the subject matter expert of ERP software implementations, working with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external) to support, maintain the D365 / Dynamics AX 2009 ERP System.

What You Will Be Doing

• Day to day support of the Dynamics AX 2009 ERP System
• Work safely, and with regard to the safety of others, including :
• Compliance with all WHS policies and procedures
• Actively work to improve safety in the workplace.
• Analyse, define and document user requirements, business processes and procedures and map new and existing process flows
• Represent the production manager’s requirements and ensure they are met with the Microsoft AX functionality
• To liaise with the various business units in determining whether their requirements can be met with the proposed solution
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders; conduct regular review meetings and develop recommendations for system enhancements that deliver value to the business.
• Responsible for delivering quality application change across various platforms through analysis, planning, creation and execution of System and User Acceptance Test designs, cases
• Provide all Report writing and form design for finance and acquire necessary skills to implement further changes
• Work closely with the implementation partner to develop the new systems solution
• Manage ERP application system documentation, including user training documentation
• Deliver primary support for AX enquiries and management of tickets in the system

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor Degree.
• Proven experience working with Microsoft AX Dynamics finance systems in a corporate / international environment
• Experience in the implementation and / or enhancement of reporting tools and frameworks which delivered enhanced outcomes for their institution
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to plan at both strategic and operational levels and project management skills to deliver projects in timeframe and budget
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence, impact and to build support for ideas and actions
• Experience in business process improvements particularly through the application of technology
• Ability to self-manage competing deadlines and the needs of multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach staff on new systems / processes
• Involvement in at least one end to end ERP implementation cycle
