Currently, we are looking for an ambitious Administration and Office Experience Manager to join our team for full-time employment in our beautiful office in Sao Paolo .

As a Administration and Office Experience Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for :

Managing daily operations, and team, and resolving an open question

Efficiently managing and facilitating general administrative processes

  • Engaging in productive collaboration with public sector entities to enable necessary procedures
  • Partnering with external partner agencies for the management of outsourced processes
  • Planning, executing, and monitoring all initiatives aimed at the efficient operation of the Brazil office, including the preparation of regular reports for the main office
  • Overseeing the daily operations of office management to ensure smooth functioning by HQ office procedures
  • Leading the overall functionality and experience of our Brazilian office, prioritizing a positive experience for both employees and visitors through main office procedures
  • Managing the payroll process and handle administrative tasks related to work permits and personnel administration
  • Organizing travel and accommodations for staff as needed by HQ office procedures
  • Maintaining effective communication with leadership at the HQ office and roll out company-wide initiatives locally
  • Organizing and preparing administrative systems to support upcoming processes and projects
  • Managing and negotiating company contracts with suppliers and service providers to ensure favorable terms
  • Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
  • Handling and Controlling office and administration invoices flow : from vendor ordering until sending for payment processing
  • Managing all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, office renovation, space planning, and utility services
  • Managing employee records, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Coordinating relocation processes for new employees, providing support in housing, documentation, and integration

Required skills :

High level of ability to write and speak in English

A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing administrative processes

Proven track record in office management

Strong decision-making capabilities

Excellent communication skills

Open-minded person

Will be considered a plus :

Experience in iGaming industry

Experience in working within a multinational environment
