About the position :

We are looking for a Video Editor who will be responsible for create and develop new video series concepts for our local channels and continuously find opportunities to enhance our delivery of high-quality video content.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the creative team to create and develop new video series concepts for our channels. Brainstorm innovative ideas, plan production schedules, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality video content.
• Utilize expertise in video editing to produce and edit videos including selecting the appropriate format for the final edit, capturing and importing media, organizing raw footage, editing images and sound files, and integrating static and animated graphics.
• Manage media assets effectively, ensuring proper organization, storage, and archiving of project media. Maintain a systematic approach to media management to facilitate easy retrieval and reuse of assets.
• Watch, select, and capture content from recorded programs, events, live broadcasts, and other media sources. Identify key moments and highlight compelling footage that aligns with the desired video content.
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across multiple projects. Maintain a cohesive style and aesthetic that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, marketing specialists, and content creators.

Provide guidance and direction to outside vendors and professionals when required, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content.

Bring a creative mindset to generate innovative ideas for video content. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging video production techniques to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our videos.

Main job requirements :

• Completed bachelor degree;
• Solid experience with video editing, animation and content creation for social media platforms.
• Knowledge of image editing software such as Illustrator, Photoshop and Spark AR.
• Knowledge of gameplay capture software (Unity) and experience in editing gameplay footage.
• Proficiency in video editing and animation software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
• Full professional competency in both written and spoken Portuguese and English;
• Passionate about the gaming universe;
• Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP.

Desirable knowledges experience :

• Previous experience in games, sports or entertainment.
• Ability in DaVinci Resolve.
