The Value Delivery Senior Lead is a global role that will be accountable for designing and building a world-in-class Value Delivery Office, to unleash the power and maximize the value delivered by the Global Digital Operations (GDO) to the Mars businesses, ensuring an effective, innovative, and optimized organization.

Through Data Analytics, the Value Delivery Office is going to quantify and share the business impact of the Mars DT GDO initiatives, ensuring that the value delivered is clearly demonstrated and aligned with business objectives.

Among the main responsibilities, this role will develop the strategy for the Digital Technologies (DT) Services Catalog, manage the lifecycle of the key DT Performance report (MSI Mars Service Index, GDO Performance Hub, etc.

and continue supporting the Data Excellence Office organization.

Reporting to the Value Management Office Director, the Value Delivery Senior Lead will drive the socialization, implementation, and maturity of the Value Delivery Office across Mars DT GDO.

What are we looking for?

10+ years of experience in large and complex organizations, demonstrating strong knowledge working with both information Technology professionals and Business customers.

Demonstrate a strong knowledge and experience about Storytelling, preferable talking about IT value delivered to the Business.

Understanding of Data process / governance capabilities and operations as it relates to Technology and business performance.

Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

High effective experience on defining and managing KPIs / CPIs in large organizations, connecting the Business and IT KPIs, to be able to present the impact of IT initiatives in the Business KPIs.

Ability to interact and communicate with individuals in various functional areas and various levels of management, demonstrating highly effective interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Develop and Implement the Value Delivery Framework : Create a structured approach to identify, prioritize, and deliver GDO initiatives that align with business goals, ensuring consistent value delivery across the organization.

Optimize and Manage Value Streams : Analyze and streamline value streams by removing bottlenecks, improving processes, and ensuring that GDO projects contribute directly to business outcomes.

Establish and Track Performance Metrics : Define specific KPIs for value delivery, regularly monitor these metrics, and take corrective actions to ensure GDO initiatives meet or exceed value expectations.

Facilitate Global IT and Business Collaboration : Coordinate with global GDO teams and business units to ensure alignment, remove silos, and drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance value delivery.

Lead Innovation Initiatives : Spearhead efforts to integrate emerging technologies, methodologies, and practices into the GDO organization to continuously improve how value is delivered.

Ensure Compliance and Risk Mitigation : Oversee the adherence to compliance standards and implement risk management practices within the Value Delivery Office to safeguard GDO projects and their outcomes.

Communicate Value Delivery Progress : Regularly update senior leadership and key stakeholders on the status of value delivery initiatives, including achievements, challenges, and strategic adjustments needed to maximize value.
