Department Overview

Main Activities :

• Reparo de câmeras;
• Manutenção preventiva e corretiva em equipamentos dos sistemas de vídeo e controle de acesso;
• Controle de estoque e manutenção / atualização das ferramentas utilizadas em bancada;
• Configuração de dispositivos CFTV;
• Preenchimento de Relatórios de manutenção corretiva e preventiva;
• Atendimento dos tickets de incidentes;

Técnico de Reparo e Bancada

Basic Requirements

• Formação (Técnico) Redes, Telecomunicações, Elétrica, Computação ou eletrônica;
• Proficiência em Pacote Office : (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) e Google Tools : (Docs, Sheets, Presentation);
• NR10 - mandatório;
• Experiência em suporte técnico, implementação de sistemas de vídeo e sistemas de gerenciamento de vídeos é um diferencial;
• Automotivação, capacidade de trabalhar em equipe, boa relação interpessoal, iniciativa e senso de urgência, boa comunicação oral e escrita, planejamento e organização;
