Technical Consultant/Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Industry Technical Support professional with expertise in distribution transformer products.

Location : Brazil, Belo preferred Key Responsibilities : 1 Technical Specification AnalysisReview and analyze customer technical specifications and requirements for distribution transformers.

Ensure compliance with national and international standardsProvide technical expertise during the bidding process2 Product Blueprint and MappingCreate and review product blueprints and technical documentationCollaborate with design teams to translate customer requirementsConduct feasibility studies and technical assessments3Product Design and DevelopmentLead and participate in the design and developmentWork closely with the R&D team to enhance products4.Technical Support

• Provide ongoing technical support
• Assist in resolving technical issues
• Support after-sales services5.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
• Liaise with internal teams, including product management, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to understand product needs and industry trends. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Relevant technical certifications are a plus.Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or field service for inverters or related technologies in power distribution products such as transformers switchgears.

Travel : Willingness to travel within Brazil for on-site support and training as needed.Work : Hybrid
