System Tech Ops (bi-lingual Portugues/English)

We developan Automatic Language Processing (or Natural Language Processing NLP) engine, which provides answers to human intentions formulatedin natural language.

Based on our proprietary and patentedtechnology, Inbenta builds a set of conversational solutions forbusinesses such as chatbots, knowledge management tools, digitaldemos, and search engines.

Our customers include many globalblue-chip companies in Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Services,Retail, Transportation, and other sectors.

What are we looking for?The Inbenta System Tech Ops professional is a versatile and highlyskilled individual who thrives in the dynamic world of technologyinfrastructure management.

This role requires a unique blend oftechnical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability tonavigate the ever-evolving landscape of cloud computing,containerization, and automation.

The ideal candidate will possessa deep understanding of Linux systems, AWS infrastructure, andKubernetes, coupled with proficiency in scripting languages likePython and Bash.

They will be adept at designing and implementingrobust CI / CD pipelines, managing containerized applications, andensuring the security and efficiency of cloud-based environments.

With a passion for architectural best practices and a keen eye forquality, a System Tech Ops professional will be naturally curious,excel in fast-paced environments, and collaborate seamlessly withglobal team members to drive innovation and maintain cutting-edgeinfrastructure solutions.

Requirements - Languages : English fluent(at least First Certificate Level). - 3+ year of experience onLinux based systems administration LPIC-101 / 102 level demonstrable(not necessary certification).

LPIC 2+ level appreciable. - 3+ yearof experience on AWS-hosted infrastructure administration, CI / CDtools, Kubernetes and Terraform.

• Kubernetes expertise is a mustalong with Terraform. - Docker Engine (Docker machine, swarm, etc.appreciable). - Demonstrable knowledge of *NIX-like OS.
• Demonstrable knowledge of cloud-based environments. - DemonstrablePython / Bash scripting. PHP and Node JS appreciable.
• Passion forthe best Architecture design and coding practices and a desire todevelop new bold ideas. - Capacity to work in a team, good criteriato take technical decisions, and high respect for qualitystandards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Demonstrable knowledge of IT infrastructure operations andmanagement (networking, VPN IPSec, Firewalls, Systems monitoring,backup systems).
• Place security and separation of duties as amain focus. - Design, create, maintain and monitor new Saa SApplication Container Clusters.
• Implement, maintain and improveCI / CD and deployment pipelines, from git repositories to allenvironments / stages deployments depending on the developmentprocedures.
• Take ownership of development features / needs thatrequire / interact with infrastructure, from its requirements(involved at an early beginning through technical reviews) tolive / production implementation.
• Manage allapplication-infrastructure dependencies and permissions (thirdparty API access, Database visibility, and permissions, etc.

Focus on privacy and security. You'll be involved in initial andperiodical security audits with our partner in cybersecurity.

• Basic SQL language knowledge, basic My SQL knowledge.
