Supply Ops (Adtech) - LATAM

At ShowHeroes, we are looking for our next Supply Ops!This person will coordinate LATAM supply operations, blending technical issue resolution, collaboration with Demand Ops, account setup, and Platform & GAM Management.

In this role, you will ensure that our local publishers receive top-quality, prompt support while collaborating closely with the Supply team.

Reporting directly to our Global Head of Supply Ops in Italy, you’ll work alongside LATAM managers and directors, contributing to our regional and global success.

TasksMonitor key publisher factors, such as ads.txt compliance, fill rate, and technical performance.Identify and manage technical issues using the company’s platform.

Provide direct support and troubleshooting assistance to publishers.Assist with publisher integrations to ensure smooth onboarding.

Publisher daily reportCheck Test Page of integrationsParticipate in troubleshooting calls to address integration issues.Follow up of metrics alongside Demand Ops teamCreate and manage publisher accounts and user access.

Approve websites in accordance with company standards.Invite publishers to join Google Ad Manager (GAM) Multi-Client Management (MCM)Ensure demand enablement by managing input requirements and settings.
