Supply and Demand Senior Analyst

• Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns, improving the Forecast accuracy KPIs.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities, identifying the current and future supply changes and supply risks (short supplies or excess inventory).
• Accountable for Supply Assurance of assigned product portfolio (typically larger and / or more complex portfolio than Supply Planners).
• Responsável pela Garantia de Fornecimento do portfólio de produtos atribuídos (normalmente, portfólio maior e / ou mais complexo do que os Planejadores de Fornecimento)
• Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
• Review forecast changes, new business opportunities evaluation, and identify significant demand risks.
• Conduct monthly forecast maintenance working with customers, commercial team and supply chain management to improve forecast accuracy.
• Oversee demand planning and update customers and commercial team about product availabilities.
• Identify opportunities to meet customer demands during constrained supply.
• Participate activilly in the monthly S&OP meetings.
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures; Strong analytical skills are required - ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis;
• Ability to manage, track and drive resolution of complex issues as well as improvement initiatives in parallel; Excellence in verbal and written English communication, Spanish desirable;

Expertise in use and leveraging of ERP systems and reporting tools (E.g. SAP R / 3, Business Intelligence tools, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Powerpoint. Power BI is a Plus ).
