Staff Accountant (AP)

Responsibilities : Review raw material suppliers’ invoicesReview logistics services providers’ invoicesCheck with related parties to clarify issues in invoicesEnsure proper approval received for invoicesEnter invoices into the system on a timely basisAssist Accounting Manager with day to day, month, and year end operations of Accounting / Finance departmentEnsure accurate and prompt payment to suppliersRequirements : Bilingual, proficient communications in EnglishExperience requiredBS Degree in Accounting or equivalent working experiencesKnowledge of fundamental Accounting and Finance processesAttention to detailFamiliar with Microsoft office products including ExcelAs proficiency in English is required for this role, please submit your CV in English.
