Staff Accountant (AP)

Responsibilities :

Review raw material suppliers’ invoicesReview logistics services providers’ invoicesCheck with related parties to clarify issues in invoicesEnsure proper approval received for invoicesEnter invoices into the system on a timely basisAssist Accounting Manager with day to day, month, and year end operations of Accounting / Finance departmentEnsure accurate and prompt payment to suppliers

Requirements : Bilingual, proficient communications in EnglishExperience requiredBS Degree in Accounting or equivalent working experiencesKnowledge of fundamental Accounting and Finance processesAttention to detailFamiliar with Microsoft office products including Excel
