What you’ll bring to the team :

Main responsibilities :

• Ensure timely replenishment of materials into warehouse and tollers.
• Thorough knowledge of end-to-end automation replenishment process.
• Execute intra and inter co movements between Kemira plants.
• Work closely with supply planning on maintaining accurate MRP settings.
• Communicate effectively and work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Supply Planning, Accounts Payable, Logistics, etc.
• Demonstrate Kemira Values while performing daily work assignments.
• Raw Material Imports.
• Tolling support (Raw Material import).
• Other duties as assigned by Procurement Manager.

Education, Competencies and Skills :

• Two-year Associates Degree in Business with 2 years of Manufacturing experience or 3 years of procurement or administrative experience in a chemical manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Working experience in a supply chain role (preferred).
• Working experience in an international business environment (preferred).
• Understanding and ability to follow replenishment process.
• Fluency in English (other languages are an asset).
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand and define the most critical issues requiring attention.
• Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
• Ability to repeatedly produce high quality, accurate work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as a member of a procurement team.
• Cross-functional skills and understanding.
