Position overview :

The Functional Analyst will implement and support complex solutions that meet business needs. This role will be responsible for ensuring that solutions and application designs are in alignment with the enterprise architecture blueprint, standards and policies.

Key responsibilities include :

• Participating in eliciting future systems requirements in order to analyze, design and implement business solutions for complex business problems.
• Communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
• Configuring, developing, testing, monitoring and supporting changes and enhancements to applications systems.
• Identifying innovative business solutions.
• Developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the application portfolio.
• Closely cooperating with third-party vendors including software providers, implementation partners and consultants.
• Assisting the team with user acceptance testing requirements for existing and new business systems and modules.
• Supporting all phases of the SDLC (software development life cycle).

What are we looking for?

• Completed Bachelor's Degree.
• Knowledge of data analytics and experience of working in SAP SuccessFactors .
• Broad training in a related field usually acquired through education or work experience.
• Job related experience in HR, Payroll, IT or similar environment.
• Work collaboratively across departments as well as with key stakeholders and vendors.
• Advanced level of Excel mandatory.
