What You'll Be Doing

• Design and develop robust, scalable software solutions that power our core financial products
• Integrate machine learning models into our systems, enhancing our ability to serve users effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize data pipelines for efficient processing and analysis, driving insights that shape our strategies
• Contribute to engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and CI / CD

What You Need to Succeed

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, with a strong drive to leverage AI tools in your daily work
• Strong proficiency in at least one of our core technologies : Python, Node.js , or Ruby on Rails
• Experience with web development frameworks and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of cloud platforms
• Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture
• Familiarity with database technologies and data analytics skills, including experience with data manipulation and visualization
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI / CD
• Strong communication skills in English

As a member of a fully remote and distributed team, you are expected to complete tasks autonomously, being highly collaborative and self-driven.
