Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team at NoPing. If you are a highly creative, organized, and proactive individual with a passion for social media and the gaming industry, this role is for you! You will be responsible for managing NoPing’s online presence, engaging with our community, and executing campaigns that elevate our brand across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Manage NoPing’s social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, , Pinterest, Kwai, and any emerging platforms, to increase engagement and brand visibility;
• Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with NoPing’s goals and brand identity;
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms to target specific audiences on each channel;
• Monitor and engage with customer inquiries, comments, and mentions, fostering a positive brand image and community engagement;
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels;
• Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and new features to keep NoPing’s presence innovative and engaging;
• Track and report on performance metrics, optimizing strategies and content based on data insights.

Requirements :

• At least 2 year of experience in social media management within the gaming industry (experience in betting companies is not applicable);
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
• Proven experience creating and managing social media content with measurable results;
• Fluency in English (required);
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Proactive, dynamic, and analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Advanced Spanish (both written and spoken);
• Experience coordinating with influencers and partners on digital campaigns.

Compensation and Contract Model :

• Competitive, market-aligned salary;
• Service contract (PJ model).
