Position Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our small energized team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging content on major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter / X, YouTube, LinkedIn and Reddit.

This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Must be able to work in a central location in the city of São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute creative content strategies for various social media platforms to drive user engagement and brand awareness.

Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform.Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community to build strong relationships with our audience.

Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.

Collaborate with the product and marketing areas to align social media efforts with overall company strategies.

Requirements : Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.Demonstrated success in creating content for at least four major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter / X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit).

Strong portfolio of social media content that has driven measurable user interactions and engagement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid remote / in-person environment.Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the career development or technology industry.Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotions.

Pay RangeR$3,000-10,000 per month, as a freelance contractor, depending on education, experience, work history, and current compensation level
