Senior Solution Architect

The Cloud People is a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner that is growing rapidly in Europe, US, and Brazil. To join our team in Brazil, we are looking for Senior ServiceNow Solution Architects .

We are looking for people that :

• Have experience with ServiceNow and can prepare solution designs that contribute to process optimization for our customers' strategic goals.
• Have the ability and desire to work with both technology and customers.
• Can build a bridge between the business and IT and manage to convey how the technology can solve business needs and problems.
• Able to translate our customers' needs and wishes into concrete actions.
• Thrive in advisory situations and love when there is a bit of speed.
• Have experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
• Are service-minded and happy to help a colleague who has questions or needs input.

Characteristics of our ServiceNow solution architects (one or more of the following) :

• Have certifications within administration and application development of the ServiceNow platform.
• Work according to the Agile / Scrum delivery method.
• Have experience in advising clients.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Have knowledge of or have worked with the technologies in the ServiceNow platform such as :
• Javascript, JSON, HTML, AngularJS, REST integrations, SQL data modeling.

Differentials :

CSM certification and experience leading CSM projects.

Must have :

• Fluent English.
• Fluent Portuguese.
• Work on GMT-3.
