You'll be working alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies, and helping to extend generative AI capabilities across voice services and online support platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Design and Develop Scalable Backend Systems : Leverage your experience writing production code (preferably in Go) to build robust, high-performance distributed backend systems that can handle large-scale operations.
• Frontend Development & Architecture : Apply your strong understanding of frontend web architecture and modern technologies such as React and Javascript to develop seamless, user-friendly web interfaces that integrate with backend services.
• Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment : Good knowledge about AWS and should be able to write Terraform
• Observability & Monitoring : Implement observability techniques, including logging, tracing, and metrics collection, using tools such as Stackdriver or Datadog.

Ensure system health, performance monitoring, and rapid debugging capabilities.

Collaborate & Communicate : Work closely with both senior and junior engineers, contributing to a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.

Communicate complex technical ideas clearly in English, both in writing and verbally, and be open to peer reviews and discussions.

Autonomous but Collaborative Work : Take ownership of your tasks, working independently while maintaining strong team collaboration, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications :

• Strong software engineering and a solid grasp of Computer science fundamentals
• 5+ years of experience writing production code in a modern backend language (Go preferred)
• Experience building backend distributed systems at scale
• Strong understanding of frontend web architecture
• Experience building frontend solutions using modern frontend web technologies such as React.
• Experience writing code using modern web tooling technologies such as Javascript / Typescript
• Experience building on public cloud platform services Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with deploying and managing services in Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with observability principles and techniques, including logging, tracing, and metrics collection and analysis.
• Experience working with observability tools (e.g. Stackdriver or Datadog)
• Ability to comfortably communicate in English both verbally and in writing
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
• Is open to feedback and collaboration. Works independently but not isolating
• Overlap with NY hours at least 5 hours
