Challenge

The Senior Fullstack Engineer will work with the development team, being responsible for financial analytical systems, in addition to optimizing and creating end-to-end processes and suggesting new tools, technologies, and methodologies that better work and fit the team.

What you'll do

• Write efficient, understandable code based on requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.
• Test and deploy programs and applications.
• Collaborate with other developers, testers, product owners, and teams.
• Design front-end interfaces using React.
• Create architecture designs to support initiatives.

In order to succeed in this position, you will need :

Mandatory skills

• 5+ years of Development experience (back / front).
• Proficiency in applying SOLID and Clean code principles.
• Deep understanding of C# and React.
• Solid experience with modern JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in architecture patterns.
• Extensive experience with unit testing (bonus for synthetic and E2E testing).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience using debugging tools.
• Ability to help other developers grow and learn new technologies.
• Diplomatic temperament; share opinions with the team and be open to alternative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with external vendors.
• AWS Step Function experience.

Non-technical skills

• Patience with end-users.
• Persistence in working with external vendors.
• Self-motivation.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities.
