To pursue its development, GMining is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to fillthe position of : Senior Civil-Structural Engineer Summary ofresponsibilities - Design and prepare calculation notes forconcrete structures in heavy industry buildings.

• Design andprepare calculation notes for steel structures in heavy industrybuildings. - Review and assist in preparing engineering drawings,design specifications, standard documents, and engineering reports.
• Follow up with steel fabricator and review shop drawings. - Check2D drawings and 3D models for clashes and constructability withother disciplines.
• Support junior resources in carrying out thevarious phases of studies, and basic and detailed engineering. -Participate in preparing estimates, bills of quantities, schedules,and budgets.
• Ensure plans meet guidelines, building coderequirements and other national and international standards andregulations.
• Prepare and follow up on the progress ofconstruction schedules. - Prepare cost and time estimates. -Participate in the development of the schedule, ensure compliancewith contractual schedules, and develop corrective measures andplans if necessary.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in civilengineering with specialization in structural design. - Experiencedin designing concrete and steel structures for heavy industry.

• Experience in the mining sector and international work areimportant assets. - Member in good standing of the ConselhoRegional de Engenharia e Agronomia (CREA).
• Knowledge of SAP2000or ADA (Advance Design America) and Revit softwares. - English(conversation, writing and comprehension).
• Spanish is an asset. -Proficiency with Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Abilities - Good analytical, synthesis, problem-solving andcommunication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in amulticultural environment. - Good organizational skills. - Autonomyand initiative.
• Excellent adaptability. Additional information -The position will be based at the G Mining Services office in BeloHorizonte.
