Senior Back End Engineer (NodeJS)

To achieve this vision we need an outstanding and passionate Senior NodeJS Back End Engineer to take on the following responsibilities :

Required Skills :

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining backend systems with Node.js and MongoDB .
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong knowledge and experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• Experience working with message queues like Amazon SQS or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of web software security, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption best practices.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration.
• Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and system design.

Good to Have :

• Experience with React and / or React Native .
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning in general is a plus.
• Familiarity with data-sensitive products and handling large-scale datasets securely.
• Experience working in a product-driven environment , particularly in consumer-facing startups.
• Experience as an early engineer in a fast-paced startup, contributing to product direction and scaling systems.
