necessidades.Duties and Responsibilities : Responsible for Setup and help maintain client Concur environment throughout the lifecycle of an implementation (Configuration, Test / Development, Production)Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionProvide Leadership and Guidance on systems integration planLead client in design of AP Invoice Automation solution and configuring client imports of Purchase Requests, Vendor Data, Purchase Orders, and Receipt of GoodsLead Data Mapping exercises between client ERP and SAP Concur using industry best practicesConfigure client requirements within the Concur system.

• Integrate client personnel data into Concur and ERP vendor master recordsSupport client testing cycles, research complex customer problems, issues, and circumstances and provide recommendations, alternatives and risk assessments to project teamCommunicate "best practice" recommendations based on prior experiencesResponsible for the migration of software configurations between production and test environmentsEnsure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, meeting milestones, and ensuring technical integration successAssist in developing and maintaining an internal technical product knowledge baseMinimum Qualifications / Experience : Minimum 5+ years' relevant SAP Concur Invoice implementation experience;
• experience with other Concur Platforms such as Travel, Request, and Expense a plusMinimum 3+ years’ experience working as a consultant in client facing software implementation rolesDemonstrated ability to work directly with client to adopt industry and product best practicesExperience with multiple concurrent Concur ImplementationsHands-on functional configuration and design experiencePrior work experience in Accounting and / or Accounts Payable;

knowledge of business processes around account settlement, clearing accounts, month end close, etc.Understanding of Concur integration to ERP Finance systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.

requiredParticipation in all phases of at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP Concur implementationsExperience in data integrationExperience with ERP HR systems as it relates to Concur IntegrationsExperience in developing system test cases and guiding clients through the steps of User Acceptance TestingExperience with Concur Training Material development / delivery preferredExperience working with major credit card providers dataMinimum Education : Bachelor’s DegreeRequired Certifications : SAP or Concur certifications preferredAgile certifications preferredOther : Fluent English MandatorySpanish plus
