Job Dimensions : As Finance staff member, job holder isrequired to operate in a multi-role mode and to have a wide rangeof responsibilities, covering procedures and IS projects.

As partof the team in charge of SAP UNISOL template and all satellitesystems within the Affiliate. Spans across different domains(Commercial, accounting, Cost, Joint Venture, Tax and Budget &Report).

Activités The employee shall perform his / her activities incompliance with the HSE Management System, aligned with One MaestroPrinciples and oriented to safeguard the integrity of people,bearing in mind to preserve the environment and resources bycontributing to improve our energy efficiency and decarbonizationof Company’s assets and reputation.

• Maintain an efficient 1stlevel support organization in the affiliate and handles contractualrelations with 2nd level support and control the lifecycle of thedemands;
• Ensure necessary SAP reports are available for users(Business Warehouse or other tools); - Responsible for all SAPBrazilian specificities and periphery systems related to financeand commercial métiers;
• Controls users access rights proceduresand follow up; - In charge of implementing new SAP features andinterfaces with other applications on finance and commercialdomains;
• Ensure coherence with access rights and Delegation ofAuthority procedure / schedules; - Ensure the updating of SAP workinstructions together with Lead Users;
• Ensure that allactivities, authorizations and accesses are compliant with SOX andinternal control rules; - Ensure good level of communication ontransversal activities such as P2P, integration SAP Mastersaf andTax Compliance.
• Accountabilities : - To guarantee the performanceand optimization of our operations in Brazil; - To make sure thatinternal rules, procedures and directives are followed;
• Toguarantee that local rules and laws are correctly appliedconsidering all tax complexity environment; - To provide to Financethe necessary information that reflects the Company’s situation;
• Enhance Lead / Key Users Knowledge Process through trainings; -Business solution oriented, evaluating new technologies liaisingwith Methods and Digital;
• Ensure knowledge retention andcontinuous process improvement, suggesting leaner approach, mainlyin transversal matters;
• Assure UNISOL best practices consideringMétier’s recommendations adapted to Brazilian constraints; - SOXminded oriented;
• Profil du candidat - Bachelor degree in Finance orIST; - MBA or Specialization in Finance and Oil & Gas Industryif possible;
• Experience with SAP; - Used to work under pressureand with sharp deadlines; - Good communication skills; - Portugueseand English speaker (fluent level);
