Sales Development Representative in AI Legal Tech

We are Superinsight , a pioneering Legal Tech AI startup transforming the disability compensation process in the legal space.

Our AI-driven platform simplifies complex paperwork and workflows, helping individuals receive the support they deserve more efficiently.

We’re looking for a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding Sales team. As an SDR, you’ll be the initial voice and face of Superinsight to potential customers, nurturing relationships and helping our Account Executives (AEs) secure bookings with high-quality leads.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a curated list of pre-qualified leads, generated by our Lead Generation team, through calls, emails, video outreach, and social media.
• Set up introductory calls between prospects and AEs, supporting the booking process to ensure AEs meet their targets.
• Introduce prospects to Superinsight ’s platform and showcase how it simplifies the disability claims process, making it more accessible and efficient.
• Collaborate closely with an AE to understand client needs and address specific pain points.
• Access regular coaching sessions with an experienced sales coach provided by Superinsight to refine outreach and booking techniques, helping you achieve even better results.
• Track outreach and client interactions in our CRM, keeping an organized and updated record of communications and next steps.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar SaaS sales role; experience in legal tech or disability compensation is a strong plus.
• Must have sold to customers in the US market previously
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to build rapport with key decision-makers across multiple levels.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and a comfort with technology, with quick learning capabilities.
• Willingness to proactively approach potential clients via phone calls and other outreach methods.
• Flexibility to work remotely across different time zones.
• Fluent English skills are required; additional language skills are a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
