Job description
Volkswagen Group Services has the purpose of providing specifics services to VW Group companies, ensuring excellence in our deliveries, and focusing on the strategic needs of each client.
In 2023 we started our South America operation, and we are looking for talented and engaged professionals who want to embark on this journey with us.
Main responsibilities
Main responsibilities :
- Strategic alignment and organizational readiness for project planning and development;
- Be the client Development Process owner, be the gate keeper for milestones approval and accountable for the client Governance Handbook;
- Secure projects integration and identify risks, synergies, redundancies and dependencies;
- Construct and maintain a Portfolio Roadmap and manage the Portfolio;
- Coordinate main events at a portfolio level;
- Coordinate documentation at all levels and assist in tracking the execution of Features in the ART Kanban;
- Prepare the client transition towards PI planning events;
- Foster discussions on business context that enable product vision and connect to digital; architectural vision, and development practices and present the planning context;
- Promote DevOps and continuous delivery RTEs promote DevOps, and the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, including Built-in Quality and the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle;
- Assist Business Owner on economic decision-making, facilitating complexity and agility;
- Make value flow without interruption, describes how to accelerate flow.
Requirements and skills
Experience required :
- 2 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or Scrum Master;
- 5 years of experience in a software development environment.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Informatics or similar area.
Technical qualifications :
- Experience in the vehicle manufacturing, industries, IT and / or building platforms;
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have high regard for quality;
- Ability to identify risks and issues and escalate appropriately;
- Experience with project management / dev tools (such as JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, etc.);
- Understanding of Agile at scale philosophies & methodologies. Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or other scaling models.
Additional information
Hiring CLT, hybrid format, being necessary the presence in our office in Morumbi, São Paulo / SP, 2 or 3x per week.
