Regional Finance Director (LATAM) São Paulo, BrazilOur client is a leading multinational corporation operating in theequipment manufacturing industry.

With a global presence, they arecommitted to delivering excellence in their products and services.As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Finance Director who will be responsible for overseeingall aspects of financial controlling, including reporting, costaccounting, and financial analysis and planning (FP&A).

Youwill lead a team of 20 professionals and collaborate closely withcross-functional teams to drive financial performance and supportstrategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities : - Oversee thepreparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracyand compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Manage costaccounting processes, including standard costing, varianceanalysis, and inventory valuation. - Lead the annual budgeting andforecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations tosenior management.
• Conduct financial analysis and provideactionable insights to support business decision-making and driveperformance improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholdersto develop and implement financial strategies aligned with businessobjectives. - Mentor and develop a team of 20 financeprofessionals, providing guidance and support to foster theirgrowth and development.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencyinitiatives within the Controlling function to enhance accuracy andstreamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controlsand financial policies, identifying and mitigating risks asnecessary. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Finance,Accounting, or related field;

MBA or advanced degree preferred. -10+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, witha focus on reporting, cost accounting, planning, and FP&A.

• Experience in a multinational company and industrial environment isrequired. - Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal,is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability totranslate data into actionable insights. - Excellent leadership andteam management skills, with experience leading a diverse team offinance professionals.
• Proven track record of driving processimprovements and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsof the organization.
