Purchasing and Supply Senior Analyst

• a) Support in the processes of Purchasing, supplies and service related to Janeiro Offshore;
• b) Support on follow up of import and export processes with freight forwarder;
• c) To carry out the internal demands and of Janeiro Offshore's customers;
• d Perform the controls and reports of the Purchasing and Supply Department;
• e) Follow up with Petrobras logistics;
• f) Comply with and enforce the policies and procedures of Janeiro Offshore and legal requirements pertinent to the activity;

g) Perform other activities that are directed by the Purchasing and Supply Manager.

Daily routine :

• Updates of the currently demands from department;
• Raise Purchase order for service requisition;
• Support on follow up in import and export shipment with freight forwarder;
• Check and verify invoices of service to assistant send for payment;
• Support for raising materials RFQ;
• Support in logistics with Petrobras to escalate the level once necessary;
• Controls and reports of the Purchasing and Supply Department.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or related area , Or Recognition of sound experience in place of formal qualifications is acceptable.
• Knowledge and understanding of marine / technical equipment and related logistics management gained within the international Oil & Gas service industry.
• Knowledge and use of Petrobras logistics system.
• Knowledge and use of computerized Purchasing system, preferably ABS NSE.
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing.
