As we expand our sales operations, we are seeking a diligent and analytical Business Processes Analyst to join our team.
Mission
As Manager of Commercialization and Project Portfolio for Industry and Semi-Industry you will leads and continuously improves the commercialization process and supports end-to-endbusiness projects and initiatives.
This role is key for the realization of Puratos Brazil Industry Channel Strategy, especially for the implementation of Winning Portfolios and Innovations, the delivery of Supply Chain reliability (IBP) and Manufacturing excellence, Panettone Campaign and the expansion of our customer base in these channels.
This individual partners with all the departments involved (such as but not limited to sales, marketing, R&D, item control supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and finance) to facilitate a successful execution and integration for new projects in order to deliver high-speed-to-market, high service levels and low costs.
Main responsibilities
Oversees and manages successful delivery of the pipeline of Industry commercialization projects and campaign, facilitating resource allocation decisions and addressing issues.
Collaborates closely with the supply chain and manufacturing teams in order to ensure efficient commercial industry launches, leading the forecasting process of new products, ensuring that inventory policy is defined, identifying potential procurement gaps (unique raw material, long lead-time ).
Leads and continuously improves the commercialization process for Industry / SI customer driven projects ( go-no go ) and Panettone Campaign through IBP.
Defines and manages a regular governance process to ensure appropriate approvals and signoffs of projects by relevant leaders and managers.
Acts as the internal consultant to the organization on current commercialization projects.
Proactively identifies and resolves internal and external hurdles through effective communication with the different stakeholders involved.
These hurdles can be related to project briefing accuracy, supply chain challenges, timing constraints, customers limitations, technological capabilities, manufacturing capacities, etc.
Within the Integrated Business Process Planning process, leads the Product Management Review : status review with project teams, preparation of the monthly review, follow-up on action plans, reporting)
Establishes appropriate project standards, trains cross-functional teams in the standards and enforces them across the organization.
Develops, improves and rolls out project management templates, action plans and reporting.
Establishes and operates a reporting and control framework for commercialization which drives visibility of and improvement to business performance.
Improves Project Management process by promoting the use of digital technology.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve existing CRM tools, prepare the blueprint and roll-out of next solutions, and coordinate training within the organization by empowering a strong network of key-user.
