Key responsabilities : Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding solution requirements, managing both one-time and runtime deliveries in a application management context.
Customize SucessFactors solutions to align with specific business needs. Facilitate change management, ensuring the maintenance and improvement of applications.
Collaborate closely with Digital Product Area Owner, Digital Product Owner, Solution Architect and Digital Product Manager to support and enhance applications.
Assist in identifying competence and development needs within the team, promoting skills enhancement and knowledge sharing.
Organize and lead knowledge transfer sessions to foster a collaborative team environment. Escolaridade mínima : Ensino Superior-Concluído.
