PATIENT COORDINATOR The Dispensary Patient Coordinatoris vital to delivering customer service and offering a distinctiveshopping experience that drives sales results.

The DispensaryPatient Coordinator is primarily responsible for aiding patrons andpatients through concierge-level service.

The Dispensary PatientCoordinator conducts day-to-day operations within the retaillocation while adhering to company policy and industry regulations.

SeasonalPosition) WHAT YOU WILL DO - Adhere to the company missionstatement and core values, while maintaining high ethical standardsand professionalism.

  • Provide outstanding, accurate customerservice to patrons by answering or appropriately directingquestions and concerns.
  • Lead tours of sales floor within thestore, making product recommendations based on ongoing research ofproducts available.
  • Retain thorough and comprehensive knowledgeof the patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons andpromotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests.
  • Abide byproduct handling procedures, including company safety and healthpolicies as well as regulatory agency compliance.
  • Maintaincleanliness and organization of store by stocking retail items andsupplies, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Operate cashregister, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer. - Work aspart of a team to ensure sales, guest satisfaction, and thatcompliance goals are met by designated timelines.
  • All other jobduties as assigned. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - High School diplomaor General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Associate orBachelor’s degree in any field preferred. - Minimum of 2 years’experience with customer service in retail.
  • Excellent computer,mathematical, language and reasoning skills. - Bilingual in Spanishpreferred. - Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone andin-person.
  • Occasionally requires local travel, as needed. -Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks. - Frequently sitting.- Occasionally stand / walk, reach / work above shoulders, grasplightly / fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone,sort / file paperwork or parts, lift / carry / push / pull objects thatweigh up to 25 pounds.
