About the Job :

Dingli has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, autonomous, and customer focused AWP / EWP Parts Interpreter / Supervisor with career ambitions to lead the parts distribution warehoused at SÃO PAULO, Brazil.

You will have attention to detail and a willingness to learn while enjoying building relationships within a multicultural environment.

To accelerate career growth and be successful in this position you will need to have computer skills across Microsoft Office products and be familiar with ERP stock management systems.

Responsibilities :

• Identify correct parts using our equipment manuals.
• Entering orders and arranging freight providers.
• Ensure timely supply of parts through the ordering, receivables, and dispatch process.
• Placing orders with the existing supply chain.
• Preparing invoice documentation for the sale of parts for the finance team.
• Regular reporting, tracking inventory items and customer orders when required.
• Communication with customers and internal department team members about parts orders.
• Participation in and understanding stock takes.
• Following processes to maintain warehouse operating efficiencies.

Requirements

• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in a spare parts interpreter / supervisor role.
• Confident, accurate and efficient computer skills.
• Mechanically minded and familiar with AWP / EWP would be highly regarded.
• Determination to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
• Professional phone manner and diligent email enquiry processing.
• Be well organised with the ability to prioritise tasks while working efficiently.
• Ability to identify risks or potential hazards and have an understanding of safe work principles.
• Hold a current drivers license and Forklift license.
