Role DescriptionThis is a contract remote role for a Marketing Manager at Gravity Interactive, Inc. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications, including print, digital, and video assetsWork with advertising agencies to manage campaignsConceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channelsGather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leadsIdentify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordinglyPresent ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgetsMaintains confidentiality of all work, especially titles not released to the public.
Communicates with multi-cultural teams in EnglishOther duties as required
Skills and Requirements :
- 5 Years of experience in MarketingProficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and InternetKnowledge of the entertainment software industryBasic knowledge of video games / Familiarity with PC and Mobile gamesBasic ability and dexterity in playing video gamesFlexibility and willingness to independently navigate areas of unfamiliarityProven success in developing marketing plans and campaignsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityPositive and professional attitudeProblem-solving skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsFluent Brazilian PortugueseLive in BrazilAdvanced English reading and writing skillsKorean language skill is a plusInternational travel may be required
