Marketing Communication Manager

Job Description :

This Marcom Manager should join us as brand storyteller, orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences : HRs, Merchants, End users, and stakeholders.

Will be working directly in the construction of the communications strategy and supporting the GTM, Products, Commercial and other core business areas.

Will play a vital role alongside the Brand & Comms team in shaping brand perception, building brand reputation and positioning, enhancing customer relationships strategy, and amplifying brand messaging.

Your next challenge :

• Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
• Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral for Pluxee’s internal and external audiences.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and content.
• Implementing online and offline media strategy to boost brand exposure.
• Tracking the effectiveness of various comms campaigns and course corrections as required.
• Managing communications spending and working with vendors and agencies to create communications and marketing activities (events, sponsorship, tradeshows etc.

and develop supporting assets.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication.
• Managing communications vendors and agencies to create printed material, promotional ads, collateral etc.
• Monitor and report on marketing communication performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Team management.

You’re a match :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in Marketing, Communications or equivalent preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing communication.
• 3-5 years of experience in a management role.
• Languages : Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish desirable.
• Must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
