Responsibilities - Social Media andDigital Presence : Manage and strategically enhance our presenceacross all major social media platforms, including LinkedIn,Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Develop and implement contentstrategies that engage our audience and reflect our brand’s values.- Video Content Creation : Produce high-quality video content,utilizing advanced editing tools and techniques to createcompelling marketing and promotional materials.

Email CampaignManagement : Design and execute email marketing campaigns thateffectively communicate with our client base, promote our services,and maintain engagement.

Utilize analytics to optimize campaignperformance. - Client Engagement Initiatives : Assist in planningand organizing client-focused events and campaigns, creatingpersonalized communications without direct interaction to enhanceclient relationships.

• Technical Proficiency : Expert use of theGoogle tools suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) for projectmanagement and organization, alongside proficiency in managing CRMsystems for campaign and client relationship management.
• Regularly update social media and respond to followers. - Supportour marketing department in executing campaign plans throughcommunication, digital, and advertising strategies.
• Monitor andmaintain content across all platforms including website, mailinglists, SEO, and analytics to keep content current.
• Report outmonthly statistics for website and social media traffic,engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization.
• Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs,and web copy that is professional and well-written. Qualifications- Substantial experience in digital marketing and client services,preferably with a background in Marketing, Communication, or arelated field.
• Expertise in video production and editing, capableof delivering high-quality content for various marketing channels.- Extensive experience with social media management acrossplatforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in video production and editing, with the ability toproduce high-quality visual content. - Strong experience indesigning and executing email marketing campaigns, with a deepunderstanding of email marketing tools and strategies.
• Proficientwith Google tools suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and CRM systems. -Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multipleprojects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative thinker with outstanding communication skills, bothwritten and verbal. - 4-year degree in Marketing, Journalism,Business, or related field required.
• Must be driven with strongcommunication and project management skills. - Must exhibit strongunderstanding of latest marketing trends.
• Minimum 2 years ofexperience in marketing / brand management or related field. - Strongunderstanding of web and email systems, public relations, brandmessaging, and social platforms.
