As a Marketing Analytics Manager you’ll work to : -Leverage Data to Empower Decision Making : Collect, analyze andreport on key funnel metrics, conversion rates, and otherperformance indicators across marketing plays, campaigns, andactivities, using data to evaluate performance and inform futuremarketing activities.
Partner Across GTM Organization : Workclosely with stakeholders in marketing, sales, operations, andstrategy to manage data requests and synthesize, refine, and reporton performance objectives.
Leverage customer data and insights torecommend opportunities and white space. - Tell Compelling Storiesthrough Data : Use data visualization tools to communicate insightssimply and effectively to various stakeholders, fostering trust andcollaboration.
Drive Adoption of Data Products : Evangelize andpromote the data products you develop to enhance their utilityacross the organization.
The Marketing Analytics Manager plays acritical role in measuring performance to ensure optimalapplication of marketing investment.
This role is a strong partnerfor marketers with stakeholders including Demand Generation,Marketing Operations, Channel Marketers, Sales / Business Developmentand Strategy / Biz Ops.
The Team You'll Work With You’ll be joiningour Integrated Marketing team reporting to the Head of IntegratedMarketing. About You - A rigorous approach to mastering complexityis essential, while maintaining empathy and flexibility to addressunforeseen needs in a dynamic environment - Strategic andanalytical thinking, and ability to connect projections andoutcomes to business priorities - Strong communication and abilityto craft analysis into crisp deliverables - Experience drivingprojects that had measurable impact on revenue and performance -Understanding of attribution modeling and architecting pipeline -5-7+ years of experience in Data Science or related fieldsrecommended - Familiarity with marketing automation and attributiontools (Marketo Measure, Bizible, Salesforce) - Proficient in SQLand / or Python - Experience using data visualization tools to craftnarratives (e.
g. Looker, Tableau, etc) - BA required - SaaSexperience across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments stronglypreferred - Understanding of the latest in marketing mix modelingand predictive analytics preferred At Carta, you’re not just anemployee.
