As Marketing Analyst, you willsupport the business by providing marketing and customer engagementinsights. You will measure and report on the best way to optimisebrand and marketing campaign effectiveness, set KPI’s and assist indelivering specific return on investment (ROI) requirements, thusdriving better results.
You will work closely with Leadership andvarious Teams throughout the business to deliver an effectivemarketing analytics strategy to support our business objectives,ensuring the best use of budgets and identifying how best to targetcustomers, ensuring we are continuously improving the customerexperience and fully understand customer journey.
The data andinsights provided by the marketing analytics Team will help informour customer acquisition, conversion and retention strategiesincluding providing insights into key messaging and other marketingactivities.
You will also work with the Team and business toidentify and segment our customers. You will thrive on working in afast-paced environment and can manage complex projects and rolloutsto tight deadlines simultaneously.

You Bring : -Experience in Marketing, Data Analytics, E-Commerce - Experience inMeasuring, Reporting and Analyzing customer behaviour - Experiencein all aspects of traditional and / or online / digital marketing,handling and analysing large amounts of data - Highly proficient inExcel (Pivot tables specifically) - Minimum 5 years of experiencein a similar role A Bonus To Have : - Diploma or Degree in a relatedfield What You’ll Do For The Brand : Strategic Planning &Implementation : - Work closely with the marketing and LeadershipTeams to provide analytical support and review the effectivenessand performance of new and existing marketing activities;
includingbut not limited to Ad campaigns, PR and Comms, Promotions,Sponsorships, Events, Ambassador Programmes, Affiliate Programmesetc.
- Own Marketing KPI & ROI reports and spend time withmarketing stakeholders ensuring these reports meet the Teams’evolving data needs, and that they are used to inform changes toplans and strategies improving performance and delivery.
- Measure,report and analyse customer behaviour and marketing campaignresults across products, platforms and other performance segments.
- Be an expert in customer data and help identify and fill datagaps using internal resources and external agencies (if required).
- Collaborate with other business teams, (e.g., Mobile, Product,CRM) to understand the impact of analysis across multiple areas ofthe business.
- Perform valid and reliable market research analysisand utilise online market research, and catalog findings todatabases - Devise and evaluate methods for collecting both primaryand secondary data (Surveys, Questionnaires, Opinion Polls etc.
Design specific research projects that aid the business in gettinga better understanding of customer’s needs and wants across theproduct categories that we offer.
- Remain fully informed on markettrends, other parties research and implement best practicesTechnical Skills and Experience : - Solid understanding ofthrough-the-line, integrated marketing principles - Experience inall aspects of traditional and online / digital marketing, handlingand analysing large amounts of data to successfully driveconclusions.
- Highly proficient in Excel (Pivot tablesspecifically) - Strong Data skills - must be comfortable reportingon large quantities of data to create summaries, develop models,extract insights and provide relevant recommendations.
- Exceptional project management skills, driving multiple initiativesand roll outs to meet tight deadlines. - Exceptional quantitative,analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drawinsights and recommendations from analysis and present proposals tointernal stakeholders.
- Able to work quickly, able to experimentand amend approach based on data analysis and results. - Strongunderstanding of digital media, eCommerce business models People : -Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff,colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
- Excellentproject management, organizational and time management skills -Work closely with Marketing Intelligence Manager to optimiseworkflows, review pipeline, resolve challenges, and presentsolutions.
- Constant self-improvement to ensure your Teamconsistently performs above standard - Excellent leadership,communication, and decision-making skills Business Development : -Use strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customerexperiences across multiple channels as well as customer touchpoints.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of our customers andproducts and be obsessive about how we communicate with ourstakeholders - Identify competitors and evaluate their strategiesand positioning and devise counter-strategies Analytics &Reporting : - Understand key marketing performance metrics,automation and make use of analytics tools to provide in-depthmarket research & definition, forecasts, competitive analyses,campaign results, and customer trends & insights in order totranslate results into actionable insights for marketing team andthe business.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove whatis or isn’t working and providing recommendations and adaptingplans to improve performance - Weekly, monthly, quarterly andannual reporting - Ongoing review of analytics to provide insightsand optimise strategies and plans.
