ABOUT THE ROLE :

Co-pilot with the business and provide decision support to management whilst influencing and challenging key decisions. Act as a Finance interface to non-finance departments combining financial skills and business knowledge.

Manage financial and business performance, undertake ad hoc financial analyses to drive business cases as well. Ensure integrity and financial control of the organization.

Take on accountability for Finance services to maximize value creation and ensure proper risk assessment. Aim for high-value decision-making, a smarter and more objective way for resource allocation, cross-collaboration, and sharing of best practices / knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Act as strategic advisory interface to the business and management for chocolate Brazil & North Latam clusters;
• Contribute to developing business strategy for both FM and GM business working closely to the clusters MD s and CSD leads;
• Lead strategic planning processes across the business;
• Co-pilot FP&A function for Chocolate business in the Region, being the key point of to understand Region s P&L and drivers behind performance;
• Perform analyses of multi-dimensional components driving short, medium and long-term sustainable business performance;
• Lead the strategic into action plan driving actions and holding people accountable for a perfect execution;
• Support the business and management on preparing and determining business cases to drive value creation in the region;
• Support budget holders on preparing operating budget (Inc. Sales investments, SG&A and Capex);
• Perform analyses and budget / forecast report reviews with the business and management;
• Perform operation and business management reviews;
• Provide the business and management with analytical support to enable an understanding of business dynamics;
• Support on mergers and acquisitions / divestitures and perform project analyses;
• Develop, analyze, and present financial results to the business and management (flash reports, monthly meetings and Business Review meeting support).
• Be able to present the results in a concise and structured way to both Regional CFO and President of the region as well as to the corporate centre as required;
• Lead and coordinate projects to improve business performance and operations;
• Drive actions to optimize return on assets;
• Act as change agent to drive Digital Transformation / Deploy global initiatives to drive efficiency in internal processes;
• Benchmark business performance against BC units globally to deploy best practices.

ABOUT YOU :

• Degree in business administration, Economy, Accounting, Engineering or related areas;
• Proven experience in finance management;
• Advanced / Fluent in English and Spanish;
• Advanced Excel and Digital Skills (Power BI).
