Legal Entity Controller - Vice President

As a Legal Entity Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the financial statements, managing the capital of the legal entities in the location, and ensuring business booking in the legal entities complies with the applicable regulatory requirements.

You will lead the team responsible for capital management regulatory reports in accordance with Brazil regulatory agenda, support the team in new regulatory and quantitative changes to legal lending limits, and support the business in terms of regulatory limits analysis.

You will also consolidate and present the annual Capital Plan to regional senior leaders and represent Capital Management in the Latam forum.

Your role will also involve leading, influencing, and inspiring LEC team members while maintaining a pleasant and respectful environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead the team responsible for capital management regulatory reports in accordance with Brazil regulatory agenda, and keep the group committed to a controlled and productive environment
• Support the team in new regulatory and quantitative changes to legal lending limits
• Support the business in terms of regulatory limits analysis and working on new products implementation and new regulatory initiatives
• Consolidate and present the annual Capital Plan to regional senior leaders
• Represent Capital Management in the Latam forum
• Lead, influence and inspire LEC team members
• Maintain a pleasant environment between people, ensuring a cordial and respectful environment

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :

• Years of experience in a similar professional experience within the financial services
• Deep knowledge on Banking Products including Derivatives and associated risks
• Expertise on bank regulatory capital rules
• Knowledge of Accounting and Financial Calculation
• Knowledge of MS Office package, VBA language is a must
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Proactive attitude and learning interest.
