As a Lead UX Designer, you will use your entire range of user experience design, visual design, and data visualization to craft innovative solutions.

Know more about the position :

In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for designing the user experience of global ADP products. You’ll be responsible for driving deliverables like concept sketches, user scenarios & customer journeys, workflow diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, user interface designs, and prototypes across platforms including web and mobile.

User Experience Design associates will work across stakeholder groups and with internal and external customers, the role must understand and analyze user needs and translate those needs into usable, valuable and desirable user interface designs and flows.

This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.

Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives minimal guidance.

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Key job responsibilities :

• Developing and articulating a clear UX vision that aligns with the overall business goals;
• Working closely with product owners, developers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive user experience;
• Designing interfaces that are intuitive, accessible, and easy to use;
• Effectively presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders;
• Fostering strong relationships with team members from the UX, Product, and Development teams;
• Making data-driven changes to improve product usability and user satisfaction through research and user behavioral tools.

It would be nice to have as prior experience :

• Applying technologies, and adopting innovative thinking that disrupts the space (small or large);
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
