JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Interface with Customer Operations stakeholders to ensure clear business needs and alignment.
• Co-lead Customer Operations and Procurement Logistics strategy and roadmap.
• Define and execute the sourcing plan, strategy, and tactical implementation to leverage market opportunities.
• Manage and develop a high-performance team, focusing on D&I, deliverables, and business sustainability.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Develop and implement Logistic strategy, aligned with local needs.
• Analyze and understand supply markets, including external economic factors.
• Identify and build partnerships with key suppliers and ensure compliance.
• Perform cost modeling and benchmarking analysis.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure supply security.
• Monitor overall performance of the supply network.
• Deliver savings by working with Suppliers and Operations Team.
• Provide accurate Transportation price forecasting.
• Contract management.
• Drive and implement the Sustainability agenda.
• Drive and implement Innovation and Digital agenda.

Skills

• Higher professional education / university degree.
• Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Proven Experience in Procurement Logistics.
• Supply Chain experience (Planning and Logistics Operations).
• High degree of interpersonal, negotiation, influencing skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish communication skills.
• Expert knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Team management.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
• Enjoy working in a virtual and multicultural environment.
