IT Integration Project Manager - SAP HCM / Workday

Here at RED and on behalf of our global client, we are looking for a Integration Project Manager in the area of the SAP HCM or Workday to support in an on-going HCM project.

The role is starting from December 2024 and for an initial contract running until November 2025. This position is mostly remote with sometravel expectations to Sao Paulo, Brazil.

To have :

• Proven experience in project management with a focus on payroll integration and time & absence for HCM / Workday.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with diverse groups.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with managing an external workforce, including vendors and contractors.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English communication, Portuguese or Spanish communication is a bonus.
