This role is part of the global Elanco Manufacturing Finance team. This position has responsibility to support Inventory Controls activities for the Elanco External Manufacturing (EEM) network.

Key Objectives / Deliverables :

• Oversight of SOx Inventory Controls across all EEM regions (Americas, EMEA and APAC) : Inventory reconciliation between Elanco system and external warehouse reportsSlow moving and obsolete inventory reviewThird-party warehouse annual physical inventory counts and roll forward
• Ensuring processes and tools are in place and controls are properly performed in compliance with company policies and SOx requirements
• Training / education of supply chain / logistics personnel on performing the controls
• Support and coordination for both internal and external audits : Walkthroughs and explanation of processes and controls in placeCoordinating appropriate documentation is provided for each control / sample (liaison between multiple internal and Third-party teams)

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Supply Chain or related field
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong learning agility and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Hands on mentality and ability to assimilate information, analyse / synthesize data
