Join us as the Regional Marketing Head in Latin America, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving and guiding the Marketing team to identify and implement innovative strategies that enhance our fragrance offerings.
By leveraging marketing trends, consumer insights and dsm-firmenich's unique assets, you'll craft compelling storytelling and "storysmelling" that resonate with our customers, ultimately aiming to increase market share and boost engagement.
You'll build strong, high-level relationships with clients at all organizational levels while partnering with the Regional VP to explore new opportunities and market trends.
This position demands a creative, proactive approach to co-create impactful partnerships and solutions that propel us toward future success.
As a leader, you’ll guide cross-functional teams from diverse backgrounds working closely with Commercial, Consumer Insights, and Fragrance Creation teams both regionally and globally.

Your Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Formulate and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for the Latin American market and its clients, ensuring alignment with our Global Units' vision and understanding of local market dynamics.
- Team Leadership : Inspire, develop and nurture a marketing team, promoting a culture of creativity and high performance to achieve the company’s goals throughout Latin America.
- Sales Collaboration : Partner closely with our sales team to create strategies and content that enhance our win rate and foster stronger customer engagement.
- Market Research & Analysis : Collaborate with our Consumer Intelligence team to gain insights into consumer preferences, trends, and the competitive landscape in the Latin American fragrance market, transforming this data into actionable insights for our projects and clients.
- Cultural Adaptation : Ensure that all marketing initiatives and generated content are culturally appropriate and considerate of the diverse markets within Latin America and develop and oversee partnerships with key clients, influencers, and professionals within the beauty industry to elevate engagement, differentiation, and awareness.
- Budget Management : Oversee the marketing budget for the region, ensuring strategic resource allocation and tracking the return on investment for marketing initiatives.

You Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related role within the perfumery or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of trends and dynamics within the perfumery industry.
- Fluency in English.
