js, Next.js, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe IllustratorJob Description Key Responsibilities : 1. Brand Consistency : Ensurethe consistent application of the company’s visual identity acrossall platforms, in line with the brandbook.

Collaborate with themanagement and marketing team to maintain a strong, cohesive brandpresence across all materials. 2. Web Design Support : Design webassets including banners, icons, landing page visuals, and otherelements that integrate smoothly with the frontend developmentteam.

Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementationof designs. 3. Template Creation : Design branded templates forPowerPoint presentations, Word letterheads, and other corporatedocuments.

Ensure templates are user-friendly and easilycustomizable by the team. 4. Marketing and Social Media : Developengaging visual content for social media campaigns, emailmarketing, and digital ads.

Design print and digital marketingmaterials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional graphics forvarious campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications : -Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a relatedfield.

• Strong experience in a graphic design role, preferably infintech, tech, or a digital-first company. - Proficiency in designtools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign), and Figma or Sketch for web / UI design.
• Experience increating responsive web designs and collaborating with developerson UI / UX. - Strong skills in creating templates for presentations,letterheads, and other corporate materials.
• Familiarity withdigital marketing tools and social media design (Facebook,LinkedIn, Instagram). - Understanding of branding principles andthe ability to maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Advanced English. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience indesigning for the payments or fintech sector. - Familiarity withfront-end development principles (React.

js, Next.js) and CMSintegration. - Experience with motion graphics and tools like AfterEffects or GSAP for web animations.
