POSITION SUMMARY : -Implement the strategies and human resource policies of thecompany, managing part of the following processes : compensation,benefits, training, development, labor relations, recruitment andselection.

RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Provide support to leaders of theareas in situations that require knowledge of technical and / or useof people management instruments.

2. Lead the development andimplementation of succession planning actions and enhancement ofleadership. 3. Facilitate the proper administration of personnelmanagement processes.

4. Identify training needs and develop actionplans. 5. Ensure the quality of staff employed by the company, bydefining criteria and procedures, managing the process ofrecruitment and selection.

6. Conduct collective bargaining processwith the unions, together with the legal department. 7. Implementpolicies for the implementation of compensation and benefitsprocesses.

8. Lead the development of initiatives to improve theworking environment and the promotion of a culture of highperformance.

9. Implement action plans to attract, retain andmotivate talent. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED : 1. Education : Collegegraduates in Business Administration, Psychology or a relatedfield.

2. Experience as an HRBP. 3. Specific knowledge : fluentEnglish, leadership, communication, persuasion, advanced strategiesin people management, change management, labor legislation andsocial security.

4. Skills : flexibility, planning, organization,focus on results, interpersonal, systemic and business acumen. Omodelo de trabalho adotado pela ADP é office based / presencial, coma possibilidade de trabalho em home-office por até duas vezes nasemana.
