The Field Marketing Manager BR is accountable forsupporting sales revenue growth across Brazil through awell-balanced marketing plan with a specific focus on acquiring newlogos and increasing market share.
The main focus will be leadgeneration, with secondary support for local marketing activationsand real-time event management support (events include trade shows,lunch & learns, webinars, etc.
The Marketing Manager will actas a marketing advisor and support for LatAm GMs and DVP, ensuringthat the marketing plan supports the country business objectives aswell as the ESI key business drivers.
The Marketing Manager willhave direct responsibility and will focus on Outbound LeadGeneration and sales activation around core initiatives for themarkets, in coordination with the ESI marketing operations team.
The role reports to the ESI Senior Director Marketing Programs EMEA & LatAm and has a communications requirement with thewider LatAm marketing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Market Sensing(competitive landscape, distinctive competence, market problems).2. Understand the target market by persona, by segment, bygeography.
3. Identify key competitor strategies and ensure thatADP has a compelling and differentiated position in the market. 4.Create a marketing plan aligned to ESI central strategy and localcountry needs.
5. Drive integrated marketing campaigns that delivergrowth, leveraging ESI and Global tools and resources, or creatingsomething from scratch that speaks directly to the target market asneeded.
6. Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Country Managementto create a shared sense of ownership, a joint calendar ofactivities, and metrics to measure success.
7. Communicate andeducate the sales team regarding new and planned marketingactivities, including global, regional, and local programs.
8. Playan active role in marketing communication. 9. Partner with regionalproduct marketing to develop tools, programs in a box, training,and content to successfully highlight local products in themarketing mix.
10. Partner with the ESI public relations team andlocal PR vendor to support relevant stories, coverage, and brandbuilding in the local market.
11. Manage the budget allocated forgrowth initiatives and drive the best allocation for the digitalbudget in conjunction with the LatAm Digital Marketing Manager.
12.Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on impact and ROI ofprograms. 13. Evaluate, select, and manage local physical / virtualevent-related vendors that contribute to local demand creationprograms.
14. Partner with ADP marketing operations teams and ESIvendors to support outcomes across digital, web (SEM), eDMmarketing, contributing content and expertise to enhance ROI.
15.Develop and implement (with sales) target account strategies tosupport account-based selling. 16. Marketing content : localizeglobal marketing assets by adding appropriate localization, developcase studies for reference clients, and create sales collateralsand selling tools.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE : 1. In-depth knowledge ofsales and marketing practices. 2. Strong strategic thinking andexecutional skills, with the ability to generate credibility withand respect from participants at all levels.
3. Outstandingcommunication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability tonegotiate and influence senior stakeholders inside and outside ofthe company (e.
g., vendor and agency negotiations &management). 4. Proven history of managing multiple projects ontight deadlines and driving meaningful results (top-line and / orbottom-line) for the company.
5. International business experienceis a definite plus. 6. Exposure to working in large, global, andmatrixed organizations.
7. Result-oriented, proactive, and able towork on his / her own initiative. 8. Accuracy and attention todetail. 9. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : 1. Native Portuguesespeaker. 2. Excellent business English speaker. 3. Spanish languageskills desired but not essential.
4. Extensive B2B marketingexperience, with a proven track record of sizeable new businesswins (HR and payroll software experience desirable but notessential).
5. Pragmatic and collaborative in nature and execution.6. Experience of multiple related teams and budget managementexperience.
7. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing,journalism, or communications.
