Gerente de Logistica

Responsibilities :

• Manage Logistics (warehousing (3PL), Freight and Logistical maneuvers) in multiple countries in Latin America.
• Develop and implement an optimized distribution model improving costs and time.
• Review and adjust metrics establishing action plan to support continuous improvement.
• Develop, improve, and implement a standardized process to manage the 3PL ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s will be met.
• Establish a strong communication always seeking for the best customer service.
• Design, implement and execute logistics plans for high complex deliveries.
• Lead the team creating an inclusive high-performance culture.

Educations and Certifications :

• Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or Supply Chain
• Must be able to function with limited day to day direction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
• 10+ years experience in Supply Chain, Manufacture, Logistics
• Proficient in English is a must. Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
